Rusty has been blessed to live in the North Georgia mountains for the past two decades, to be married to Nicole for 25 years, and to have eight wonderful children.

Presently, he ministers as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Blue Ridge, GA.

He is also completing a PhD in Historical Theology at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has enjoyed other seminary learning at Pensacola Theological Seminary (M.Div. ‘03) and Dallas Theological Seminary (D.Min. ‘16).

The greatest thing about his life is a walk with Jesus that began at age 7 and continues to grow sweeter each day as he gets to know Christ’s love more and more daily.
